I’m Jelle Sybesma. I quickly get to grips with how an organisation works. I ask questions, connect insights and identify opportunities. I look across departments and involve the people needed to make change happen.
My background is in commerce and digital transformation. My approach applies more broadly: understanding what is needed, making decisions and working together to make it happen. As an interim manager, project lead or advisor.
